We offer a guide service for those hunters who may not have a dog or have a young or older dog that needs a helping hand. If you feel you would like to use one of our guides and their dogs, please call us in advance to reserve your time. In October 2010, one of our guides, Mark Andraschko, was featured in a TV show filmed at our farm called "Outdoor Junkies." Outdoor Junkies airs on The Sportsman Channel and is viewed by 20 million viewers in the continental United States. The episode aired in the summer of 2011.
The newest member of the Cedar Hill Game Farm staff is Max. He was born on May 7, 2010. He had an outstanding first season at the farm and has many birds to his credit already. We will continue to train over the summer months and get him a little more polished up for the 2011-2012 season. This dog has an amazing amount of drive at such an early age. He doesn't seem to ever get enough. We are very excited about his accomplishments so far, and see a tremendous amount of potential in him. This picture was taken on (10-28-10) where he jumped and retrieved four birds at only 5 1/2 months old. These are his first birds, but certainly not his last. KEEP IT GOING MAX.
